We prepare tax returns based on the information you provide. While we use reasonable care, you are ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

• We will prepare your tax return using the information supplied by you.
• If tax planning services are identified as beneficial, we will inform you of additional fees — you may choose whether to proceed.
• Payment for services is required as described in your account or invoice.
• After payment, we will share a draft copy of your tax return for your review.

At Value For Every Filing, safeguarding your privacy is a priority. We collect personal information necessary to provide tax filing and related services only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal information for marketing. Where data is shared with third parties, we require confidentiality agreements.

3. Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to suspend or cancel services should technical issues arise. You may cancel the service anytime before final acceptance to file your tax return.

• Submit cancel requests via your account or by contacting support.
• After finalization, cancellation may not qualify for a refund.

4. Refund Policy

If you decide not to avail the service after uploading your draft tax return, you may request a refund. A preparation fee of ₹999 will be retained.
